Each item is individually priced. All prices have the tax included, but do NOT however reflect shipping. That is an additional charge.
All items can be shipped via USPS.
(Just as a side note, I have found that the bottles fit nicely into the MEDIUM sized USPS Flat Rate box, I believe that is right around $11)
I can also do "bulk" pricing, available for orders of 8 or more plates, as well, I can do custom orders and pricing can be determined before hand!
